In this notice, “Type 1 Action Foundation” refers to Type 1 Action Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York. Type 1 Action Foundation is a non-profit organization engaging in education and advocacy efforts to help the Type 1 Diabetes community.
