The Type 1 Action Foundation is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt nonprofit organization. All donations made to the Type 1 Action Foundation are tax deductible under Section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended.
Donate your Excess Diabetes Supplies
The Type 1 Action Foundation partners with MedWish International to accept donations of excess diabetes supplies, which are then sent to people with Type 1 Diabetes in areas that are ravaged by natural disasters, as well as to people with Type 1 Diabetes who simply cannot afford these supplies, whether in the United States or otherwise. Please note though that we are only able to accept the supporting parts of diabetes management systems (e.g. Omnipod pods, Dexcom sensors, Medtronic / Tandem infusion sets, etc.). We are unable to accept the core parts of those diabetes management systems (e.g. Omnipod PDMs, Dexcom receivers, etc.). Please also make sure that the supplies are not expired.
